A Farm-to-Fork dinner by AnyThyme Farm, which will be supplying the produce, Blue Barn Kitchen, whic will provide nutrition services, and catering from chefs Sylvia Becker and Daniel Stein of Wild Honey Catering will be held at Anythyme Farm, 6 Kennaday Road, Mendham. The following menu will be presented:

Arugula salad with peaches, fennel, beets and citrus vinaigrette
Herb-marinated steak
Pattypan squash & grilled zucchini pasta salads with grilled kale, roasted walnuts & goat cheese
Creamed kale with pea shoots & mizuna
Purple potato puree topped with caramelized onion & mustard seeds
Bright kohlrabi-cabbage slaw
Savory braised farm vegetables
Grilled peaches with ricotta cream & lemon verbena
