Agricola Community Eatery, 11 Witherspoon St, Princeton, will have a 5 to 7 PM seating and an 8 to 10 PM seating on New Year’s Eve with a prix-fixe menu. Reservations: 609-921-2798.

Ama Ristorante at Driftwood, Driftwood Cabana Club, 1485 Ocean Ave, Sea Bright, is accepting reservations for New Year’s Eve from 5 to 11 PM offering a special holiday-inspired menu along with the regular a la carte choices. Reservations: 732-530-9760.

Anthony David’s, 953 Bloomfield St, Hoboken, will offer a three-course dinner at 5 PM for $60; four-course dinner at 7 PM for $90 and a four-course dinner at 9:30 PM with a champagne toast and party favors for $110. Reservations: 201-222-8399.

Celebrate New Year’s Eve at The Bernards Inn, 27 Mine Brook Road, Bernardsville, with a special three-course, prix-fixe dinner for $125 plus tax and gratuity. Reservations will be taken from 5:30 to 11 PM and guests are invited to ring in the New Year with party favors. An a la carte lunch featuring the gholiday menu will also be served on New Year’s Eve from 11:30 AM to 2 PM. Turn dinner into an overnight getaway with the inn’s New Year’s Eve package including dinner for two, one dozen long-stemmed roses, sparkling wine, chocolate-covered strawberries and truffles. Package includes a la carte brunch for two. Pricing starts at $590 including gratuities, plus tax. Bibi’z Restaurant & Lounge, 284 Center Ave, Westwood, will offer their regular a la carte menu from 4 to 7 PM. At 9 PM they will serve a four-course menu with a midnight toast and dancing; $85. Reservations: 201-722-8600.

Bin 14 Trattoria Wine Bar, 1314 Washington St, Hoboken, will serve a three-course dinner at 6 PM ($50); four-course dinner at 7:30 PM ($75); and a four–course dinner with champagne toast at 9:30 PM ($100). Reservations: 201-963-9463.

Blu, 554 Bloomfield Ave, Montclair, will serve a five-course menu with choices on New Year’s Eve. Reservations: 973-509-2202; BYO.

Blue Morel Restaurant and Wine Bar, Westin Governor Morris Hotel, 2 Whippany Road, Morristown, will have seatings from 5:30 to 7 PM (three-courses, $85) and 7:30 to 10 PM (four-courses, $129) on New Year’s Eve. A New Year’s Day brunch buffet will be offered from noon to 2 PM; $28, children under 12, $14. Reservations: 973-451-2619.

Chakra, W 144 Rt 4 E, Paramus, will celebrate the New Year with a four-course dinner, live DJ, party favors and midnight champagne toast. A four-course New Year’s Eve menu ($138) will be served with seatings from 8 to 10 PM. Guests can also enjoy an early dinner from 5 to 7 PM with a three-course menu for $79. David Burke Fromagerie, 26 Ridge Road, Rumson, is offering a four-course prix-fixe menu with seatings at 5:30 PM ($105) or 8:30 PM ($115) on New Year’s Eve. Reservations: 732-842-8088.

Fascino, 331 Bloomfield Ave, Montclair, is offering a three-course menu at their first seating from 5:30 to 7 PM for $80. The second seating from 8 to 9:30 PM will include a five-course menu form $120. Reservations: 973-233-0350; BYO.

The Fig Tree, 306-308 Park Ave, Hoboken, will offer a three-course, prix-fixe menu from 5 to 6:45 PM ($85) and 7 PM to midnight ($115) on New Year’s Eve. The last seating will include a glass of champagne at midnight. Reservations: 201-420–0444.

Grissini, 484 Sylvan Ave, Englewood Cliffs, will offer a four-course, prix-fixe menu ($75) with a selection of Antipasti; Primi of Risotto Grissini or Gnudi al Burro, Salvia & Parmigiano; choice of Filetto di Halibut in crosta di patate (Potato crusted filet of halibut) or Sella di Agnello Al Forno (Colorado roasted lamb loin w/salsify puree); and dessert. There will also be a champagne toast at midnight, DJ, and live music. Reservations: 201-568-3535.

Celebrate the New Year at Haven Riverfront Restaurant & Bar, 2 Main St (Across From Home Goods), Edgewater Harbor, Edgewater, at one of three seatings that each feature a three-course dinner. Seatings from 5 to 6 PM are $65; from 7 to 8 PM are $80; and from 9:30 to 10:30 the cost is $105 and includes a glass of Roederer Champagne and party favors. Reservations: 201-943-1900.

Highlawn Pavilion, Eagle Rock Reservation, West Orange, will offer a four-course, prix-fixe dinner; early seating $99; late seating, $115 includes a champagne toast of Perrier-Jouet Nuit Blanche at midnight for each dinner guest. There will also be live music in the lounge from 9 PM to 1 AM. Reservations: 973-731-3463.

New Year’s Eve will be celebrated at the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern, One East Franklin Turnpike, Ho-Ho-Kus, with a 6 PM and 9 PM seating. The 6 PM seating features a lavish multi-course dinner for $70 exclusive of tax and gratuity. The 9 PM seating, ($90 exclusive of tax and gratuity), will offer a multi-course local farm-fresh seasonal menu and complimentary Champagne toast. After dinner, guests can dance to their favorite music with DJ Entertainer, Willie Wilson. The evening includes festive party hats and noisemakers at midnight. Reservations: 201-445-4115.

Guests may choose from a variety of tasting menus ranging from $75 to $345 in the downstairs Oyster Bar and newly opened upstairs Dining Room at Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen, 110 South St, Morristown. Reservations are also being accepted from 9 to 10 PM in the Vail Bar, where the tasting menu from the Oyster Bar will be available at a discounted price. The Orange Squirrel, 412 Bloomfield Ave, Bloomfield, will offer a three-course, prix-fixe menu at 5:30 PM for $65. The 7:30 PM seating includes a four-course, prix fixe menu for $75. At 9:30 PM a five-course prix-fixe menu will be offered for $85. Reservations: 973-337-6421.

Pig & Prince Restaurant & Gastrolounge, 1 Lackawanna Plaza, Montclair, will host a Rockabilly Celebration on New Year’s Eve with an open bar, dancing, 1950’s-inspired diner food and much more. 8 PM to 2 AM; $160; $150 for groups of 6 or more. Reservations: 973-233-1006.

A Kid’s New Year’s Eve Party will be held at Pilsener Haus & Biergarten, 1422 Grand St, Hoboken, from 4 to 8 PM. A full dinner menu will be served New Year’s Eve from 5 to 8 PM followed by an Oktoberfest party, which will begin at 9 PM. There will also be a New Year’s Eve Party upstairs in Kolo Klub, their loft space cocktail lounge. The Pluckemin Inn, 359 Rt 206 South, Bedminster, will celebrate New Year’s Eve from 5 to 10 PM; three-course, prix-fixe, $90 between 5 and 7 PM includes a glass of sparkling wine; four-course, prix fixe $150 from 8 to 10 PM includes premium Champagne toast and a special take home gift. Ram’s Head Inn, 9 West White Horse Pike, Galloway, will offer a four-course, prix-fixe dinner from 7 to 10 PM. The regular a la carte menu will be offered from 5 to 7 PM. Reservations and information: 609-652-1700.

Dine a la carte or order a special five-course tasting menu at Rat’s Restaurant at the Grounds for Sculpture, 16 Fairgrounds Road, Hamilton. Welcome the New Year with a dance party in the Pavilion complete with a midnight champagne toast. For pricing and information, call 609-584-7800.

At Rosa Mexicano, Riverside Square, 390 Hackensack Ave, Hackensack, guests can ring in a Feliz Año Nuevo with a $45 prix-fixe menu, a live DJ, festive party favors, and the option of “Free Flowing Bebidas” for $25 with the purchase of dinner (2-hour limit). Reservations: 201-489-9100.

Ring the New Year at Salt Creek Grille, 4 Bingham Ave, Rumson. A la carte dining will be available from 4 to 11 PM (bar opens for cocktails at 3 PM). Additionally, an all-inclusive dinner party in the festively decorated private dining room will be held from 9 PM to 1 AM and include a four-hour open bar, exclusive menu prepared by executive chef Bob Belt, dance music by “Affair 2 Remember,” champagne toast, photo booth and party favors for $165 all-inclusive. Satis, 212 Washington St, Jersey City, will host a five-course New Year’s Eve dinner party; $95; with wine pairing an additional $40; add fresh white truffles for $40. Serenade, 6 Roosevelt Ave, Chatham, will be offer a four-course dinner on New Year’s Eve from 6 to 10 PM; $125. Reservations 973-701-0303.

Fireworks will be shot off of the roof of the Heldrich Hotel on New Year’s compliments of Stage Left, 5 Livingston Ave, New Brunswick (732-828-4444) and Catherine Lombardi, 3 Livingston Ave, New Brunswick (732-296-9463). The regular menus will be served.

On New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day the Strip House at Westminster Hotel, 550 West Mount Pleasant Avenue, Livingston will serve its regular a la carte menu supplemented with specials. Reservations: 973-548-0050.

Ring in the New Year at Terre a Terre, 312 Hackensack St, Carlstadt. A four-course, prix-fixe menu will be offered from 6 to 9:30 PM for $79 plus gratuity and tax. Reservations: 201-507-0500.

Union Republic, 340 Third St, Jersey City, will serve a six-course tasting menu as well as a six course vegetarian menu; $75; $35 extra with wine pairing.
