Glenbrook Brewery, Morristown

Morristown’s very first brewery is open for business, but it’s not your typical taproom. Head brewer Heath Traver and creative director Darren Cregan have crafted each brew with a revolutionary twist, playing on Morris County’s rich American Revolutionary War history. Glenbrook’s signature brew, the Colonial Ale, is made with a special blend of Briess and English Malts. Other revolutionary beverages include the New England style IPA, Jacob Arnold’s Porter (brewed with chocolate and coffee notes), and the Schuyler Seltzer (available in mango or tropical punch flavors). Guests can come into the taproom for a pint or two, or bring their own growler to be filled. Open Wednesday–Friday 4 pm-10 pm, Saturday noon-10 pm and Sunday noon-6 pm.
