True Food Kitchen  Hackensack

The Shops at Riverside have welcomed True Food Kitchen, which opened on St. Patrick’s Day. This is TFK’s first Jersey location, complete with an outdoor patio and a garden-inspired dining room. The healthful restaurant debuted its spring menu, featuring brunch favorites like the Sunrise Bowl (sunny-side-up eggs, sweet potato, grilled veggies), hearty pizzas (topped with spinach, mushrooms and chicken sausage), as well as items like Spaghetti Squash Casserole and Shrimp Tacos (with cilantro chimichurri). Seasonal desserts (like Key Lime Pie) and cocktails (like the Citrus Skinny Margarita) are available as add-ons to an already delicious dining experience. Open Monday–Friday at 11 am; Saturday and Sunday at 10 am.
