As president and co-owner of seven premier eating establishments in three states, and more than 30 years of experience, Jeanne Cretella of Landmark Hospitality, Inc, was recently selected as the 2016 chairwoman of the board for the New Jersey Restaurant & Hospitality Association (NJRHA).
Landmark Hospitality currently owns four high-end New Jersey restaurant and catering establishments. These include: Liberty House in Jersey City, Stone House in Warren, Boathouse on Mercer Lake and Ryland Inn in White House Station. In addition, Landmark owns Celebrate at Snug Harbor in Staten Island, NY and two new venues in New Hope, PA, Hotel du Village and the Logan Inn.

CHEF ALAN HECKMAN OFFERS HOLIDAY TASTING MENU AT THE STOCKTON INN
Executive chef, Alan Heckman from the Stockton Inn, 1 Main Street, Stockton (609-397-1250), has announced he will be offering a five-course, prix-fixe tasting menu through January 3, 2016. The menu, which will be available with wine pairings, features oysters, pasta, pork belly, wagyu, and chocolate; $75; with wine pairings, $100. The a la carte menu will be available, except on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Chef Heckman will be presenting at the James Beard House in New York City on January 28, 2016.
CHEFS MICHAEL FIORIANTI AND YOHAN JEON
Restaurant Development Group (RDG), based in Jersey City has announced that executive chef Michael Fiorianti has replaced Ed Radich at Raval, 136 Newark Avenue, Jersey City (201-209-1099). He is also executive chef at Satis Bistro, 212 Washington Street, Jersey City (201-435-5151), where Yohan Jeon is the chef de cuisine. Jeon has worked in the kitchens of Jean Georges and Momofuku.
