Kuo Social, Robbinsville
Chef Steven Kuo’s 35 years in the restaurant industry has led him to opening the namesake Kuo Social with Yang Huang (the previous executive chef at Buddakan in New York). Opened earlier this month in the space that formerly held Centro Grille, the restaurant and lounge offers a menu of modern Chinese dishes, including seafood (like Jumbo Alaskan King Crab, served with a soy lemongrass sauce), chicken (like the sweet & sour pineapple chicken), and fried rice and noodle dishes. Open Tuesday–Thursday from 4 pm–10 pm, Friday and Saturday from 4 pm–11 pm, and Sunday from 3 pm–9 pm. Closed Mondays and available for dine-in and delivery.
