New Chefs at Newly Opened Redux

The Madison eatery and market launched this week.

DANA COHEN
Chef Dana Cohen, who was a finalist on Season 10 of FOX’s Hell’s Kitchen with chef Gordon Ramsay, is the consulting chef at Pulse Café & Event Space, 701 Broadway, Westwood (201-497-5900).

WADE NEW
Wade New is executive chef at Romulus at 21 East Palisade Avenue, Englewood (201-408-2639); BYO. The restaurant was previously known as The Kitchen and is under the same ownership.

RALPH PERROTTI
Ralph Perrotti, previously of St Eve’s and the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn, both in Ho-Ho-Kus, is the new chef d’ cuisine at Terre a Terre, 312 Hackensack Street, Carlstadt (201-507-0500).
