McCullough’s Pub & Restaurant, 3016 Ocean Heights Avenue in Egg Harbor Township, has a new food and beverage director, Dan Anderson. Recently of Sandi Point Coastal Bistro in Somers Point, Anderson was previously general manager of Ram’s Head Inn, Absecon. Ken Klein, a native of Ventnor and graduate of the CIA, has been named McCullough’s new chef. Klein spent 12 years at restaurants in Vail, Colorado then returned to the Shore to cook in Atlantic City casinos.
