Bistro Rouget, 18 Bridge Street, at the corner of Main Street in Stockton, is the name of the new French bistro from chef Brian Held. It formerly was NoLa by Brian. Held’s menu at the BYO’s new incarnation features goat cheese and leek cheesecake, steak tartare, quenelles de poisson, duck confit and potato Dauphinoise, veal blanquette and salmon with mustard crust. The Greene Turtle Sports Bar & Grille, 211 Main Street in North Brunswick, has a Maryland-accented menu of crab cakes and crab dip along with a dozen burger combinations and 10 varieties of wings. More than two dozen draft and by-the-bottle brews are featured.
