The food of the real Bluff City (Memphis) helped inspire Montclair resident Scott Hermo to leave his career as a Wall Street bond trader and devote himself to opening this restaurant. Executive chef Patrick Pierre-Jerome serves a BBQ sampler of pulled pork, rib and brisket, as well as shrimp and grits, fried chicken, bananas Foster and a host of Southern specialties.
