Chef/owner Josh Bernstein named his newly opened BYO, 9 North, 37 Berdan Avenue, Wayne, after Route 9 in Hyde Park, New York, where he graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. Bernstein’s contemporary American menu includes: duck confit with baby frisée, Gorgonzola, and Asian pears; grilled dry-aged sirloin with truffled “mac and cheese”; roasted salmon; and pancetta-wrapped monkfish.
