Joe Brown, owner of Melange Cafe, Cherry Hill, has opened Melange @ Haddonfield, 18 Tanner Street, Haddonfield, which serves lunch and dinner daily. Chef Brown’s signature Louisiana and Southern-inspired selections include: barbecued shrimp with cheese biscuits; crab fritters; fried oysters; sausage and bean soup; smothered chicken over crawfish mashed potatoes; jambalaya; and duck gumbo. Melange @ Haddonfield also offers a small-plates menu and a weekend New Orleans jazz brunch.
