With indoor dining now limited only by table spacing, this Rumson restaurant is adding two midweek specials for guests dining in. Available Sunday to Thursday, the prix fixe Prime Rib Dinner comes with a choice of soup or salad, as well as mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables for $34. Half-off wines by the glass are also included. On Mondays and Tuesdays, the Burger & Beer special lets diners choose between Salt Creek’s classic cheeseburger for $16 and the gourmet Creek Burger for $19, with half off any draft beer to boot.

Memorial Day Weekend at Bourré

In celebration of the holiday that kicks off summer, Bourré will host live music from Friday to Monday. Friday’s performance will be from Gas Pedal Steel, complemented by a Cajun pig roast. Splintered Sunlight, a Grateful Dead tribute, and the band Lovelight will perform Saturday. Sunday will feature the Dave Matthews tribute band Joyride, and the long weekend will conclude with a performance by Constantine Maroulis, an American Idol finalist. Wine Tasting Brunch at The Shannon Rose

This Irish pub will be hosting a wine tasting brunch in partnership with Santa Margherita wines. A glass of wine will complement each dish of the four-course menu. The first course marries a Watermelon Salad with a Prosecco Superiore DOCG. The second course, a Pulled Duck Quesadilla with avocado crema, is supplemented by Sparkling Rosé. The third course brings together Smashed Avocado Toast with a glass of Pino Grigio. For the final course, a Fresh Berry & Granola Parfait and Rosé Trevenezie. Heavyweight Cheesesteak Fundraiser at Thomas Murphy’s Pub

To raise money for the St. Mary’s Emergency Food program, which provides food for the less fortunate, Thomas Murphy’s Pub has added a new item to its menu: the three-pound Cheesesteak for Charity. This colossal cheesesteak features fried, Jameson-spiked onions and comes on a two-foot, seeded roll. The full-size sandwich is $22; $12 for half. A portion of the purchase goes directly to the Emergency Food program.
