Alton Brown will be visiting the Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank on April 20; Caesars Hotel & Casino Atlantic City on April 22; and the Mayo Performing Arts Center, Morristown, on May 1 as part of his 40 US cities “Alton Brown Live: Eat Your Science” tour. With “Eat Your Science,” fans can expect comedy, talk-show antics, multimedia presentations and music. Also expect dangerous experiments and what every cook needs in his kitchen: fire.
