5th Annual Hoboken Mac & Cheese Festival

📍: Multiple Restaurants • Hoboken

Whole Lotta Empanada & Food Truck Festival

📅: Saturday, April 20 (11 am-7pm)
📍: 20th Century Park • Garfield
ℹ️: Try a whole lotta empanadas from 15 vendors, plus other great food from 8 additional vendors. An empanada eating contest will start at 2:45 pm.

Honey Tasting with Frank “The Beeman” Mortimer

📅: Thursday, April 25 (7 pm)
📍: Olive R Twist Olive Oil • Ridgewood
ℹ️: Join passionate NJ beekeeper Frank Mortimer in tasting honey from his beehives and trying it in different recipes, like barbecued honey bacon wrapped meatballs, banana bread and a cocktail.

Randolph Food Truck & Music Festival

📍: County College of Morris • Randolph

Paramus Food Truck Festival

12th Annual Mutzfest Celebration

📅: Sunday, April 28 (1-5 pm)
📍: Viaduct Playground • Hoboken
ℹ️: A day filled with cheesy, Italian goodness. Sample mozzarella creations from some of the best local mutz makers. Other fun activities at the festival include a cannoli eating contest and a Frank Sinatra sing-a-long.

Dinner in the Dark by Chef David Burke

Run the Vineyards

📍: Renault Winery • Egg Harbor City
ℹ️: A five mile run and food truck festival held at New Jersey’s oldest active winery. There will be awards for the top three racers in each age group, live music, diverse cuisine and wine, of course.
