Trama’s Trattoria Opens It’s Doors

Seasoned restaurateurs bring a new eatery to Long Branch.

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 7

Executive chef Pat Trama, and his wife, general manager Laura Trama, have opened Trama’s Trattoria at 115 Brighton Avenue, Long Branch (732-222-1121). Trama was previously at Ama Ristorante Tuscana in Atlantic Highlands and Ama in Sea Bright.

GIUSEPPE LENTINI RETURNS TO GRISSINI, ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS
Executive chef Giuseppe Lentini has returned to Grissini Restaurant, 484 Sylvan Avenue Englewood Cliffs (201-568-3535). He has replaced Daniele Boldrini, who was at the restaurant since May, 2015.

 

UPDATE ON CHEF JOE CLYDE OF THE SERGEANTSVILLE INN, SERGEANTSVILLE
Chef Joe and Lisa Clyde, owners of the 300-plus year old historic Sergeantsville Inn at 601 Rosemont-Ringoes Road in Sergeantsville, which was damaged by a fire last March, have announced that they anticipate reopening by December. Chef Clyde, who previously owned Clyde’s New Brunswick specializes in game dishes.
