Deuhana Martinez is the chef at the Hutton Bar and Grill, 225 Hutton Street, Jersey City (201-839-5382). Chef Martinez started her culinary career at David Burke Townhouse NYC and worked as a sous chef at a Kosher Restaurant in Soho, NYC and as chef de cuisine at Corkbuzz, Union Square.

Community Vines, a new wine label from New Jersey restaurateur Marilyn Schlossbach, Séamus Wines and Shore Point Distributors, have released their first vintage, titled Rumson Red. This first vintage was inspired by Marilyn Schlossbach’s recently acquired restaurant, What’s Your Beef (Rumson), as well as Séamus Wines and Shore Point Distributors strong connection to the Jersey Shore community. It is available for purchase at Schlossbach’s venues, as well as select retail locations in Burlington, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, Somerset and Warren Counties. A portion of the sales from glasses, bottles and cases of the Rumson Red vintage sold at Langosta Lounge, Pop’s Garage Asbury Park, Asbury Park Yacht Club and What’s Your Beef, will be allocated to the FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties and LunchBreak. Rumson Red’s distributor and winemaker are also making individual charitable contributions to the designated beneficiaries.
