WINE WEDNESDAY AT THE RYLAND INN
Wine Wednesday with flights and light bites have a new theme every week at The Ryland Inn, 115 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse Station, from 5 to 7 PM for $20. Call 908-534-4011 for information.

GREEK EASTER CELEBRATION AT MOLOS
Molos on the Hudson River in Weehawken (1 Pershing Road) will host a special Greek Easter celebration on Sunday, May 1. Outdoor festivities will kickoff with lambs roasting on a spit all day. Inside, guests will be treated to unbelievable views of the New York City skyline and a 5-course $75 prix-fixe menu of Greek classics.  The celebratory meal will begin with Magiritsa Easter Lamb Sou and a Prasini Greek Salad, followed by Kokoretsi Sweet Breads and Spring Lamb with oven-roasted potatoes capped off by Chocolate Baklava for dessert. WARETOWN SPRING WINE FESTIVAL
Waretown Spring Wine Festival will be held at the Waretown Recreation and Lake Area, Wells Mill Road, Waretown. This two-day event will feature samplings from a variety of state wineries, including Cava Winery & Vineyard, DiMatteo Winery and Valenzano Winery. Noon to 5 PM; $12; $15 at the gate. for those over 21. Tickets available here.

SUNDAY, APRIL 24TH (RAIN DATE MAY 1),
ANNUAL RED BANK INTERNATIONAL  BEER, WINE & FOOD FEST
The Red Bank International  Beer, Wine & Food Fest will be held at the White Street Parking Lot, Red Bank to benefit the Red Bank Education Foundation and Red Bank River Center. Along with twenty-five restaurants offering food, there will also be wines and beers available for purchase. 12 to 7 PM; $5 for ages 10 and up. Information at this website.

TUESDAY, APRIL 26
TASTE OF WEEHAWKEN
The 16th Annual Taste of Weehawken, a culinary fundraiser for the benefit of the Weehawken Public Library, will take place at the Food Court at Lincoln Harbor. Attendees will be able to sample fare from restaurants, caterers and food specialty shops, as well as enjoy wine, beer and specialty drink tastings.
