How to make a Seeds of Hope nomination:
Please note nominees must be New Jersey residents who volunteer with New Jersey-based charities or New Jersey chapters of national organizations.
Please complete the form below, providing the most up-to-date contact information and a nomination letter.
The nomination letter should focus on a single individual and his or her volunteer work (not a paid position) with a single organization. Please include the nominee’s history with that organization, the nature of their work and why he or she stands out as a volunteer. Explain how the nominee has been a force for good, including specific accomplishments, such as funds raised or services rendered as a direct result of the nominee’s efforts.
The deadline for nominations is April 19, 2014.
