CKC Kitchens of Morris Plains recently donated a state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen to the Community FoodBank of New Jersey, which each year distributes more than 23 million pounds of food and other groceries to the needy across the state. The new kitchen will serve the group’s Food Service Training Academy, which prepares New Jerseyans for entry-level careers in the food industry.
