Set the stage for a luxurious overnight experience! We asked our friends at the new Albion Summit hotel (570 Springfield Avenue) to share their top tips for creating a memorable holiday sleepover:

1. Dazzle houseguests with seasonal favorites like mistletoe, scented candles and bowls of candy canes.

2. Set up an in-room mini bar with all the fixings for holiday cocktails and adult hot chocolate.

3. Choose a festive playlist with beloved tunes by crooners Frank Sinatra, Mel Tormé and Pentatonix.

4. Offer a mini holiday tree with a basket of sparkly ornaments, and invite guests to decorate.

5. Under the tree, stash a thoughtful goody—chocolate-chip cookies, an inspirational book or a gift card.

“Making guests comfortable starts with presenting the colorful side of luxury,” says Jeanne Cretella, president of Landmark Hospitality, parent company of Albion Summit. “Think creatively to stimulate the senses by offering heartwarming sights and sounds reminiscent of childhood holidays.”
