What do you do?: I spend a lot of time in different departments like construction, sales and marketing, financing and land acquisition. At Toll Brothers, the project managers are doing everything.
What’s best about your work?: We’re building somebody’s dream, from digging the first hole to handing the keys to the buyer. The way I look at it, this is a noble profession.
What does the future hold for your field?: We have faced challenges because of the economy for a few years, but now everything is picking up. It’s a great opportunity for anybody who’s looking into home building.
