What’s best about your work?: Every day brings a different challenge, and it’s always something fresh, something energizing. Maybe the bakery department needs help with staffing, so I’ll help with interviewing and hiring. Maybe somebody called in sick at the prepared foods department, so I’ll go there and support that team. But I get the most satisfaction out of not just helping the department become more successful, but also the team members I work with.
What’s one of your biggest challenges?
Making sure we get the right high-quality team members onboard who identify with our culture, our core values. It’s a great challenge to have because we are growing so much.
