The Wildwoods are one of New Jersey’s most entertaining vacation destinations. Once known for it’s upscale resorts and glittering nightclubs that trumpeted such acts as Little Richard and Chubby Checker, today the spot is proud to wave its freak flag high. The shore towns have fully embraced their charmingly tacky aesthetic, from classic doo-wop style hotels to flashing neon motel signs. Take a look at our 2014 Shore issue and find out the best places to eat, drink, and be wild!
