The family-owned and family-oriented two-story motel is located at the north end, one block from the Manasquan Inlet and a five-minute walk to the beach. There are 32 rooms. High-season rates: $189-249.

The Tower Cottage

This beautifully restored Queen Anne Victorian B&B built in 1883 is located on a residential street three blocks from the boardwalk. Choose from four double-occupancy rooms and one suite. High-season rates: $345-$475 (suite).

The White Sands Oceanfront Resort and Spa

This full-service hotel with a private beach offers a spa, gym and indoor pool. The 125 rooms are spread across six buildings, some with ocean views. High-season rates: $235-$575.
