If you follow me on Instagram, you know I love cooking. It relaxes me when I get home from work. One of my favorite cooks to check out for easy, delicious recipes is Dina Deleasa-Gonsar of Dish It Girl. The Morris County resident offers quick, tasty takes on classic dishes like chicken piccata. She also has a knack for transforming leftovers.

Food is Dina’s love language, and she makes daily meals on her Instagram Stories while her darling little daughter plays in the background. (Her sister Danielle is married to Kevin Jonas, so you can also catch her on E!’s Married to Jonas, as well as the Hallmark Channel’s Home & Family.) You’ll love watching her cook—she’s got an easygoing vibe and some really cute outfits.

If you’re looking to whip up a quick weeknight meal, check out these videos. Also: Her recipe for avocado fries is brilliant, and her salad with crispy prosciutto (above) will make you forget you ever liked bacon bits. Try her baked olive, artichoke and lemon chicken, too—I promise you’ll be hooked.
