
How about amping up your beauty routine in 2020? Our self-care regimens are so important, but they’re easy to push aside when we’re tired or just super busy. I’ve never been one to leave my makeup on overnight, but I have been known to skip my nighttime moisturizer—and it shows the next morning. Staying youthful and glowing requires a daily effort. So join me in prioritizing wellness in 2020!
1. Cleanse and moisturize your face and neck every night. I’ve been using a Juice Beauty cleanser, which removes all of my makeup. I then apply vitamin E oil as my face moisturizer before bed. It works like a charm—and doesn’t clog my pores.
2. Hydrate! Water is a skin lifesaver in every season, but especially during these dry winter months.
3. Go green whenever possible. There is so much gunk in so many of our beauty products. Start checking labels to see what you’re actually putting on your skin. Top ingredients to stay away from: parabens, phthalates, sodium lauryl sulfate, toluene, polyethylene glycol, oxybenzone and beta hydroxy acid. Yuck.
