You may have noticed a difference in your Facebook newsfeed as of early July. The social giant has rolled out yet another change to their infamous algorithm, this time prioritizing friends and family over business and brand pages. While this is great news for staying connected to your closest friends, it means you’ll see less updates from your favorite publication, New Jersey Monthly.

However, with a few simple tweaks you can make sure you see our latest posts. See below for instructions.

On desktop

You may see a different fan page format than pictured below, Facebook is testing various formats for brand pages, so one or the other may apply to you. Simply hover over the button “Liked” to reveal a drop down. In that drop down you’ll find an option called “See First.” This will show New Jersey Monthly‘s posts higher up in your newsfeed (along with any other pages you select this option for).
