Giving Back: Humans and Their Pups Raise More Than $10,000 in Support of Clean Ocean Action

Plus: Applebee's supports Alex's Lemonade Stand, a Giants Super Bowl champion enjoys a charity event and more.

1. Walking for Clean Water

Humans and their pups teamed up to raise more than $10,000 in support of Clean Ocean Action at the annual Walk FUR Clean Water.  Enjoying the event were, from left,  “pack” members Michael Craven and Kristina Guardino with Indiana; Michael Impelluso with Ryder; and Katelyn and Gary Saldutti with Reggie.

2. A Champion for Charity

Attendees of the Cannata Report’s annual Awards & Charities Dinner raised a collective $180,000 for Hackensack University Medical Center and Adopt-a-Soldier. Enjoying the event were Rick Taylor, left, of Konica Minolta Business Solutions, and football Giants Super Bowl champion Antonio Pierce.

3. Finding a Cure for Childhood Cancer

5. Enhancing CSE’s Experiential Learning Center

The Provident Bank Foundation awarded the College of Saint Elizabeth (CSE) with its $100,000 Signature Grant to use toward enhancements of its Experiential Learning Center.
