Giving Back: The Asbury Park Music & Film Festival Raises Funds for Underserved Youth

1. Music Programs for Underserved Youth

2. Supporting Alzheimer’s Research

3. Raising Funds—and a Glass—For California Wildfire Victims

Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas raised nearly $3,000 for the Let’s Raise the Glass Fund, a national campaign that supports those affected by the Sonoma and Napa Valley wildfires. Celebrating were general manager Brian McAllister and manager Nicole Bartoline.

4. Scholarship Opportunities for ALICE Women and Families

United Way’s annual United Way Women United fundraiser raised $62,000 to support scholarship opportunities for ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) women and families. Enjoying the event were, from left, United Way senior vice president for resource development Theresa Leamy; United Way CEO John Franklin; keynote speaker Denice Torres; Women in Philanthropy Award recipient Ronnie Weyl; Women United associate director Michele Dreiblatt; and United Way Women United regional chair Alina Klein.

5. Planting Seeds of Change

New Jersey SEEDS’s annual Leading Change benefit raised more than $750,000 to support high-achieving students from low-income families. Marking the occasion were, from left, Andy Schwartz, Todd Tamagini, Lindsay Klein, Maura Donahue, Omari Douglass Hall and Emmanuel Bello.

6. Bowling for Kids’ Sake

More than 50 Provident Bank employees attended the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Monmouth and Middlesex counties’ Bowl for Kids’ Sake event. They raised more than $11,700 to help support Big Brothers Big Sisters mentoring programs.
