Style: Sleek and modern interior, with upholstered lime-green walls offset by brightly lit antique teapots displayed in built-in cubes. Hibachi and sushi areas feature minimalistic decor in shades of gray, red and white, and sectioned by tall dividers in geometric shapes.

Don’t Miss: The kitchen offers a choice of Chinese, Japanese and Thai dishes. Sushi lovers can enjoy standard rolls and hand rolls ($5-$12), or opt for one of the maki creations ($11.99-$15.99), such as Autumn of Alaska ($14.99): Alaskan king crab, avocado and salmon, served with a sweet pepper-and-honey sauce. Other entrées include ginger chicken ($15), teriyaki-glazed scallops served with eggplant, zucchini, onions and peppers ($17) and traditional noodle dishes such as Pad Thai ($13.50).

Heads Up: Elements Asia is BYO. It’s just off Route 1, so there are a number of liquor stores nearby. If you’ve got a group, try the hibachi for a fun night out. One choice such as chicken, steak, vegetable, salmon, shrimp or scallop is $16-28; choice of two is $24-38. Both options include soup or salad, vegetables and rice or noodles.
