Price: $

Style: Classic Jersey Shore-style Irish Pub with ample dining space and lively night scene.

Don’t Miss: Spicy crab melt ($10.99). Although it may not be typical Irish fare, the seafood here is always fresh (as it should be given the location), and this melt comes on an English muffin, which is a pleasant twist. Among appetizers, go with Irish Nachos ($8.99)—which aren’t nachos or Irish. A mix of Idaho and sweet potato fries come with a generous slathering of cheese, onions, jalapenos, tomatoes, black olives, sour cream and salsa. Traditional or boneless buffalo wings are available in a variety of flavors, from coconut-ginger to jalapeno-mango. If you’re not the shepherd’s pie or chicken Murphy type, fear not (although they have those, too)—all manner of steaks and burgers are available. The power burger ($13.99) is a stack of one veggie patty and one turkey burger, for the health conscious. If that’s not your style, you can always get a turkey Reuben ($8.99) or Guinness-braised short rib sandwich ($10.99).

Heads Up: In addition to quality food, the bar offers vibrant live music featuring local bands. Daily drink specials are generous, so popping in for a few drinks and live music won’t hurt your wallet. Outdoor seating available.

The Scoop: The restaurant is associated with Connolly Station in Belmar and the Irish Rail in Manasquan, but this location is the most upscale of the group.
