Don’t Miss: Crisp chicken fingers ($7.25) so light you’ll forget they are fried. Tangy, tender, baby-back ribs (half rack $14.95, full rack $17.95) served with steak fries and an excellent salad of mixed greens with tomatoes, shredded red cabbage, green pepper, red onion, and ribboned carrots. Have it with chunky blue-cheese balsamic dressing—it’s worth the guilt. Creative burgers include the Cajun spiced Arizona ($8.25), topped with Monterey jack, salsa, and scallions; and the Valley Way ($8.25) with cheddar, fried onions, and Worcestershire sauce. Or assemble your own. They are all char-grilled, thick, and juicy, and served with fries and a salad.

Heads up: The dining room seats about 50 and gets crowded, but there are seats at the bar and even a few booths. It doesn’t take long to be considered a regular. The servers often remember what you had last time. Takeout also available.

The Scoop: Stop by on Thursday nights for Yuengs and Wings, $2.50 pints of Yuengling and wings ($3.50 a dozen) with choice of honey-barbecue, buffalo, teriyaki, or tex-mex sauce.
