THE MENU
As the name implies, hash plays a role in lots of the breakfast offerings and is used in creative ways. Take the hash bowl: roasted tomato, fried avocado, an egg any style, a bechamel-inspired sauce, and a sprinkling of crispy leeks—opt for the extra charge to “hash it” and they’ll add fried onions and sausage, spread out on the griddle to form a light, tasty crust.
The Oh Benny avocado Benedict tops hash browns with mortadella, tarragon oil, poached eggs, fried jalapeño and caramelized onion, all ribboned with hollandaise sauce. Sweet breakfast dishes include figgy pudding crêpes, lemon-poppy cake French toast, and a monkey bread variety with bananas.
All-day options include shrimp and grits, chicken and fries, and a selection of sandwiches and salads. Beverage options are also fun; from the Boujie drinks menu, try the alcohol-free Hotty Toddy.
