Don’t Miss: The green chili-based salsa served with complimentary nacho chips—a welcome change from traditional red salsas. Those partial to the reds needn’t fret—you get one of each. Order flautas ($5.50) for four tasty deep-fried tacos. Stuffed with beef, chicken, or sausage and sautéed onions, these crispy appetizers have just the right amount of kick. Can’t decide on a stuffing? They’ll happily serve you a combination. Don’t fill up on appetizers because the meals are extremely generous. Pechuga de pollo asada ($9), served with yellow rice and refried beans sprinkled with crumbled cheese, can feed two. Then again, the boneless, skinless chicken breast, grilled and seasoned with jugo magi, is so delicious, you’ll want every bite. The chicken burrito ($6) is huge. Stuffed with lettuce, diced tomatoes, chicken, refried beans, cheese, and yellow rice, this burrito has a thin shell thatcomplements its contents. For dessert, try fresas con crema ($3.40), diced fresh strawberries in a strawberry crème that has a liquid-yogurt consistency.
