STYLE

Restaurant, bakery, bar and catering facility in a restored Victorian amid the Shops at Mill Race in historic downtown Mt. Holly. There’s a view of the Mill Race Waterway at Rancocas Creek. Several seating areas available. Vintage chairs and antique furniture enrich the mood.

THE SCOOP

The intimate café, helmed by chef Robin Winzinger, sources locally and emphasizes heart-friendly, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. Libations are available from nearby distilleries and breweries.

THE MENU

The Mount Holly melt on toasted English muffin is topped with Winzinger’s chicken salad (celery, onions, Mandarin oranges, dill, mayo) and cheddar, and comes with a side salad. The barbecue beef brisket is served with mashed potatoes and a vegetable medley. Grilled salmon—with bourbon sauce, candied walnuts, rice and vegetables—is another good pick. The plant-based Impossible meatloaf is topped with garlic marinara and served with sweet potato fries and vegetables. For brunch, hash with sweet potatoes, peppers, onions, spinach, turkey sausage, farmer’s potatoes, maple syrup, poached eggs, homemade hollandaise and toast will fill you up for the day.

HEADS UP
