THE MENU
Bring your appetite, grab some napkins and dig in! Pork belly burnt ends are a yummy starter. As for the meat, the baby back ribs, brisket and pulled pork are succulent choices. Pair them with your choice of homemade sauces. Side-dish standouts include the spicy collard greens with bacon, and their signature Big Al’s baked beans. Or try the Piggly Wiggly burger, an 8-ounce smash patty with frizzled onions, pulled pork, bacon and cheese. Another unique must try: the BBQ sundae, a bowl layered with baked beans and pulled pork or chicken, topped with homemade coleslaw and your choice of sauce.
HEADS UP
Ask about their Backyard Barbecue package and other catering options. There’s a kids’ menu, and Wednesdays are rib nights, with 30 percent off all ribs and rib platters from 4-8 pm. Thursdays are wing night: 75 cents per wing, dine-in only, 4-8 pm.
