Style: A mix of American and Italian comfort foods served in a homey, neighborhood atmosphere. Wood wainscoting and wooden booths—painted red—line both the dining room and bar area. A variety of pictures and memorabilia add to the cozy feel.

Don’t Miss:
The extensive starters range from gorgonzola fries with bacon ($9) to stuffed mushrooms ($10.95) and Old Bay shrimp ($13.95). Pizza is the most popular main course, and the tomato pies come in three sizes (small, $10.25; medium, $11.25; and large, $12.25). Customize your toppings for additional cost, and double crust or wheat dough are $3 extra. Feeling adventurous? Try a specialty pie. If you’re a meat lover, get the Garbage Trucks pizza: double-crust, with extra cheese, sausage, pepperoni, meatballs, peppers, garlic, and onion ($14.75–$18.75). Or try Lori’s Pesto pie made with spinach, plum tomatoes, mozzarella and provolone. ($11.75–$15.75), Not a pizza night? Have an entrée such as chicken and broccoli ($16.50), a generous serving mixed with garlic cloves, olive oil, and pecorino romano. Or the 10-ounce rib eye ($19.75), which comes with a side of green beans and a baked potato.

Heads Up: All items are available for take-out, with a 30-cent charge per container.

The Scoop: Live bands and musicians perform at the bar a few nights a week, starting at 9 pm. Or, watch the big game—flat-screen TVs are everywhere.
