Dr. Michael Gartner is a double board-certified plastic surgeon and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons who has specialized in cosmetic surgery of the face and body for more than 21 years. Providing exceptional individualized care is the hallmark of this practice. I strive for excellence and to provide every patient with a great experience. The facility has its own fully certified surgery center with ultra-modern equipment because safety and privacy are paramount.

One factor that sets me apart is that I have been doing many procedures using local anesthesia for more than 15 years. Patients can still choose a board-certified anesthesiologist as well. The local anesthesia option helps avoid all of the risks that come with general anesthesia, and it offers a quicker recovery. These procedures include, but are not limited to, facelifts, facial procedures, hair transplant, liposuction, breast lift, and small breast reductions. I’m also one of the few doctors in the country who is both double board-certified and performs awake breast augmentation.

The center also offers a full array of medical spa services, such as injectable fillers, Botox®, laser peels, and non-surgical treatments. Plastic surgery fills my artistic sense, which includes both painting and sculpting when I’m not working. It also provides the artist in me with the tools and a variety of procedures to meet and often exceed the patient’s goals.
