Duet Dos and DontsOne of my ardent passions is bargain hunting. Whether it’s tag sales, flea markets, auctions or consignment shops, this is the very best way to get the most bang for your buck.

Here in New Jersey, we are fortunate to be surrounded by consignment shops, many of which specialize in reselling the same designer labels that make us salivate at Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales and Saks. As a courtesy to our high-fashion readers, I’ve asked my friends at Duet | Curated Consignment in Livingston to share their inside tips. Lynn Meisler, CEO and founder of this 20-year-old institution, is an absolute guru who knows all the ins and outs of the business…and she’s also a world-class expert when it comes to authenticating legitimate designer goods.

Don’t you love this fun infographic Lynn’s team created? It’s oh-so shareable, so go ahead and spread the joy…
