Designer Nate Berkus launches new home collection at Target.

Be prepared to get excited about the gorgeous new Nate Berkus goodies at Target, scheduled to hit stores between January and March. More than 30 pieces, many with hints of rattan, metallic embellishments and distinctively boho vibes, easily transition any space from indoor to outdoor styling.

“Living in California affords me the luxury of using my outdoor space as an outdoor room, which I just love,” Nate says. “We eat outside, take work meetings and play with our daughter. So, this season I looked to create an entire collection of items that will make your out-of-doors gatherings elegant and also easy to transition back inside—in style—for the remainder of the year.”

Nate adds, “When setting up an outdoor space, lighting is key. Stop number one is candles–they are a must. I love wooden hurricanes. They’re rich in texture and style, and perfect to put around a space for late-night gatherings. I like that they look coordinated without feeling overly matched.” Wooden hurricane lamps, plus earthenware bowls, ceramic trays, rattan mirrors, funky pillows and woven baskets are all part of his brand-new line of organic-look furnishings and accessories, designed exclusively for Target.

Shopping tip: Target’s in-store and online designer collections are known to sell out quickly, sometimes within the first few days (or even hours), so be sure to shop early. Word on the street is that some of these Nate treasures might appear in stores as early as December 26.
