A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Klugman has extensive experience in general, implant and cosmetic dentistry. He provides patients with thorough and complete treatment options, all developed with long-term success as the ultimate goal. He also frequently attends continuing education seminars, and is actively involved in multiple dental study club organizations where he shares his experiences and discusses new ideas and techniques with colleagues.

Dr. Klugman credits much of his success to an exceptionally loyal staff, who average more than 25 years with him. Together they strive to deliver the most comprehensive dentistry with meticulous care, all while maintaining a relaxed family atmosphere.
