Dr. Denise Fleischmann, who has been in practice for over 20 years, enjoys working in her hometown of Fair Lawn. “I was so fortunate to have grown up in this great community, and now it is my privilege to serve it,” she says. As a general dentist, she offers a full range of treatments, from fillings and crowns to teeth whitening and implant restorations.

Dr. Fleischmann’s practice continues to steadily grow, thanks to an abundance of patient referrals. “It’s the highest compliment when a patient refers someone to us,” she says. “We know some people don’t like coming to the dentist, but my team and I try our best to make sure each patient feels welcome, comfortable and properly cared for. Our goal is for everyone to leave our office happy and to have them happy to come back.”

A graduate of UMDNJ, Dr. Fleischmann is an attending dentist at Hackensack University Medical Center. She teaches residents in the same dental program where she completed her general practice residency. “I am truly honored to be a repeat New Jersey Monthly Top Dentist. It really tops my list of professional achievements,” she says. “I love being a dentist. It’s great to be able to positively impact people’s lives.”
