About Eric C. Weiss
Dr. Eric C. Weiss, a board-certified periodontist, is honored to again be selected by his peers as a New Jersey Monthly Top Dentist. At his well-respected practice, Periodontal & Implant Associates, he is joined by colleague Dr. David H. Moisa.
Dr. Weiss received his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and completed his specialty residency in periodontics at Temple University. He is an ITI fellow and has also received FACD status. The seasoned professional lectures extensively on periodontics and implant dentistry and is an adjunct professor at Rutgers University School of Dental Medicine and clinical assistant professor at University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.
“We work with referring dentists from all over New Jersey,” Dr. Weiss says. “They entrust the care of their patients with us for the quality of periodontal and dental implant treatment we provide, as well as the caring way in which our group operates.” Patients are treated with exceptional kindness and respect. In-office sedation with an anesthesiologist also is available for those who prefer to be sedated during their procedures.
“Three qualities set us apart from other periodontal practices: our sophisticated dental care; our concern for the patient’s total well-being, including a strong understanding of the merging relationship between medicine and dentistry; and our close coordination with a patient’s dental team,” Dr. Weiss says.
