For Dr. Lisa Ference, finding the best dental solution for each patient is a passion. “There is rarely only one answer to a problem,” she says. “I spend time listening to my patients. From there, we work together to make the decisions that are right for them.”

Dedicated to enhancing her practice and providing the highest quality of care, Dr. Ference, a graduate of UMDNJ, pursues continuing education both as a student and a teacher. In addition to taking advanced courses at Spear Education in Scottsdale, Arizona, she participates in a number of study clubs.

Dr. Ference uses the TRIOS® digital scanner and the CEREC system to eliminate messy impressions and provide same day dentistry, with ceramic restorations completed while you wait. She also educates parents about sleep apnea in children and helps physicians treat sleep apnea in adults.

As part of her commitment to her community, Dr. Ference volunteers with Dental Lifeline Network to provide dental care to disabled, elderly or medically compromised individuals. “What I do seems like a small contribution to me, but to those in need it could change their lives for the better,” she says. “That is very satisfying.”
