About Pamela Alberto
Dr. Pamela L. Alberto and Dr. Sung H. Cho provide a full range of oral and maxillofacial services, from wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery to dental implants. They expertly diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder and offer Botox® and other cosmetic procedures. When serious oral issues arise, patients and referring dentists trust this experienced, skilled team for the very best of care.
Graduates of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Alberto is a clinical associate professor and Dr. Cho is a clinical assistant professor at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. “It’s the best of both worlds,” Dr. Cho says. “We get access to new technology and academic research and then use it to help patients in our private practice.” Dr. Alberto completed her specialty training at UMDNJ, where she directed the oral and maxillofacial surgery undergraduate program for 20 years. Dr. Cho, who completed his specialty at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, joined this practice in 2011.
Dr. Alberto lectures nationwide on dental implants, jaw reconstruction, facial cosmetic surgery and alternative medicine. She co-founded Cheerful Heart Mission, which sends dentists to provide free oral care in Haiti and the Dominican Republic.
