Board-certified endodontist Dr. Paul Falcon follows the maxim “age quod agis,” Latin for “do what you do well.” Area dentists refer many of their most challenging endodontic cases to him. He facilitates his patients’ treatment decisions with empathy and education. When root canals are necessary, he strives to perform them flawlessly and painlessly. “I enjoy the excitement of my practice more and more each year,” he says. Endodontist Dr. Joseph Rinaggio, who practices with Dr. Falcon, also manages complex root canal treatment.

Dr. Falcon teaches and mentors future endodontists as director of post-graduate endodontics at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where he himself graduated and completed his endodontic residency. “I was fortunate to have great mentors in dental school and treasure this opportunity to give back,” he says. On campus, he keeps up-to-date with advancements and enjoys the collegiality of students and peers. “Endodontists strive to maintain the natural teeth we were designed to function with. It’s a profession I’m proud to be part of,” he says.
