About Peter Paradiso

Going to the dentist can be fun! That’s what Dr. Michael Lateiner and Dr. Peter Paradiso want kids and parents alike to know about the philosophy of their pediatric dentistry and orthodontic practice.

“Our job is to make sure that kids leave happy and are excited to come back,” says Dr. Lateiner, a board-certified, 13-time New Jersey Monthly Top Dentist.

Known as “Dr. Mike” and “Dr. Pete,” the two are admittedly kids at heart. “We deliver top-notch services, but we do it in a way that puts kids at ease and makes parents feel that their children are well taken care of,” says Dr. Paradiso.

Even the decor of their three office locations reflects their commitment to making dentistry a positive experience for children. Newton has a jungle theme, Cedar Knolls depicts a trip around the world in a giant hot air balloon, and the newest office, in Hackettstown, takes kids “under the sea.”

Dr. Lateiner graduated from UMDNJ, and Dr. Paradiso graduated from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. They are both on staff at Morristown Medical Center, where they teach dental residents.
