Dr. Sharma is the founder and president of Spine & Pain Centers of New Jersey & New York, established almost three decades ago. A nationally renowned speaker and author, he has delivered presentations at national and international conferences and has published several articles and book chapters, including the recent North American Spine Society guidelines for the treatment of low back pain. He utilizes interventional minimally invasive spine procedures to alleviate pain and avoid major spine surgery, and he performs many procedures at his state-of-the-art office in Wall, eliminating the need for patients to go to a hospital or surgery center.

Staying at the forefront of medical advancements in spine and pain management, Dr. Sharma incorporates the latest technologies and treatment methodologies to achieve the highest patient satisfaction and outcome.

Dr. Sharma also started and manages a hedge fund known as Third Eye Capital Management, which allowed him to start and fund the Anil and Pragati Sharma Family Foundation. The latter supports health education and treatments around the world for the underprivileged.
