About Charles Daknis
Dr. Charles Daknis developed and directed the Interventional Pain Management program at St Lukes Hospital in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. He received his fellowship training at the world-renowned Harvard University Brigham and Womens Hospital in Boston. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from St. Josephs University in Philadelphia, he graduated at the top of his class at Drexel Universitys Hahnemann School of Medicine. While at Drexel he received the Nelson Neurosurgical award for excellence in the study of Neurosciences and was appointed as a delegate to the National Institutes of Health for Neuroscience research.
Dr. Daknis has a special interest in disorders of the cervical spine. Dr. Daknis offers regenerative non-operative alternatives for disc and low back pain including Vertiflex a procedure for lumbar spinal stenosis.
